Undoubtedly, as mentioned in the reference note, all Costa Ricans have the right to go to the Constitutional Court to make assert their rights in compliance with the law, in the same way that any person has the right to raise and develop construction projects in different areas of our country, as long as they adhere strictly to the existing rules.
