DIAZ GARCIA ROSARIO STATEMENT OF PETITIONER AS TO THE FOURTH COMICIÓN DECOLONIZATION

President of the UN Fourth Committee, delegations, representatives, in my capacity as President of the Parliamentary Groups Peace and Freedom for the Saharawi people ", which includes all the groups working for the Saharawi cause in Parliament, Cortes and the English State Assemblies and in the Congress of Deputies and the Senate, which includes the set of parties represented in parliament, democratically elected and representatives of the English state is an honor to participate in such illustrious gallery, and bring before this committee the genocide of the Saharawi people
And this legitimate right to represent my speech and the expression of the English people to make them come to you for your complaint and voice. the vast majority of citizens and institutions of Spain, such as those represented.
6 - URGE EU TO DEMAND, calling on the Commission, the EU, to respect international law in the agreements to subscribe for or are already signed with the Kingdom of Morocco, so do not affect the territory or the waters of Western Sahara, or political and economic rights of the Saharawi people.

We have heard, other colleagues and I we've gone over the years, in the occupied territory of Western Sahara, pending decolonization, stark evidence of the barbarity for years the territory. We met families of the disappeared.
